A grateful body is one that is soft, open, and receptive, especially around the area of the heart. This is the state in which we can experience AND express gratitude. At no other time in our human existence are we reminded to be grateful more than during the month of November. Come join me for a gratitude practice that can hopefully be used throughout the month of November and beyond! Class will begin by getting as comfy as possible in a restorative yoga pose (with the use of props), then slowly harmonizing thoughts with heart to activate the healing power of gratitude.
